Lavendersun has no control over these charges and therefore can’t tell you what the cost’s might be. As customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Yes absolutely! As soon as your order is shipped an email will be sent notifying you. So be sure to checkout your email frequently.

Because we ship our items from different suppliers there may be a delay when receiving your items, So don’t worry there coming.
However if your order has exceeded the shipping timeframe as specified please do send us an email so we can get back to you as soon as possible.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Return Policy: We provide a 14 day after the product delivery date no question’s asked policy. Or if an item doesn’t arrive or doesn’t match the description, and your payment is eligible, we’ll reimburse the full cost of the purchases paid.
Within 14 days after receiving your item for any reason for returns customer’s are required to pay the return fees and they are non-refundable. Simply send the item back to the following address: 7 Partridge Ave, Sydney, NSW.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we have received your item.
